Our 40 bedroom house includes a fully equipped spacious kitchen, standard room (table games, sofas, TV, and video games), and more than enough bathrooms/showers to go around. Rooms come furnished with a bed, pillows, bedding, towel, closet, co-working area, and some other furniture such as a sofa, a double fridge, a laundry room and backyard What's included: -Cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas by maintenance professionals 4 times a week. -Flexible lease terms: Month-to-month or fixed -Fully Furnished Rooms -Utilities and Wi-Fi included (also hardline in each room) -We pay and stock up all essentials and cleaning supplies -Walking Distance to BART (4 blocks away), MUNI lines, and other public transportation -Coin-Operated Washers and dryers on-site -Maintenance Free -Heating and Hot Water -Easy street-side parking nearby, garage option round the corner -Self-check-in and remote entry to the building -Fully Equipped Kitchen (Refrigerator(s), Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, etc.) -Common Room (Large Screen TV, Video Games, Chromecast, etc.) -Two Large Shared Bathroom areas with private/semi-private stalls w/ shower/toilet combinations -Access to our community Slack channels to find out what’s going on and connect with other housemates and new friends. -Electronic Rent payments via bank and/or CC -Community Events And more… We make permanent efforts to keep our community safe for our current and future residents by complying with the City's regulations and standards and follow the CDC recommendations. - Cleaning and disinfection of all common spaces and high touch areas by maintenance professionals - Provide hand sanitizer/disinfectants around the house and ensure having cleaning supplies and consumables for our community members. - Promote good cleaning and hygiene practices in the house. - We keep our residents informed of any important updates, resources, and recommendations from the City regarding the pandemic.
